Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lw Scientific ICL-020L-D72 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Maxair products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marsh-Bellofram parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Makino product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Maxair such as the UT41 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SPC1RO manufactured by Marsh-Bellofram and we are pleased to be able to service most Marsh-Bellofram systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7271B1106040 by Manufacturer Makino as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mamco Brand BP1207 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Medar such as 970009V equipment made by Medar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Medar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Medar" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XC10 made by Magnetrol as well as the popular UT36 original spares produced by Max-Air

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 17BSC002 by Melles-Griot and 970009V spares by Medar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 635363501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetek.
